Founded in 2017, the programme seeks to find and judge the best restaurateurs across the country, with the final winners awarded at a gala event in London with our champion of champions trophy. Our team works tirelessly in support of this goal, helping to highlight the extraordinary talent working in the industry and the culinary skill and expertise which is so often overlooked in the restaurant sector.
