She Honours Herself Ltd is a new business created to support women in developing strong self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth. SHH aims to empower women to recognise healthy and unhealthy behaviours within themselves and others, thereby enabling them to make good life-choices holistically and continuously and maintain their independence and self-respect, regardless of relationships or life circumstances.

Women will be provided with the necessary tools to achieve this through the unique SHH programme, in a luxury and comfortable environment. A key feature of the programme will be the strong focus on peer empowerment: its groups of 12 participants maximum will be organised to promote and sustain the self-awareness which underpins the SHH endeavor to support and develop core values of womanhood.
